We do not offer refunds. If your purchase is the wrong size or you are unhappy with the style, we are happy to exchange the item (subject to availability) or alternatively, issue you with a store credit. Exchanges and credits must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. The cost of the exchange is at your expense. Credit notes are valid for 3 months from the date your return is received. We do not offer exchanges or returns on sale items.
If you would like to return an item for exchange or credit, please email us on email@example.com. We will then put aside your exchange item. The cost of the return postage is at your expense. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it in, with all tags and labels still attached.
